As Marketing Coordinator for Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply, GrowOrganic.com, and Annie’s Annuals, I developed dynamic, community-driven marketing initiatives that brought each brand to life both online and on the ground. I organized community-led workshops to increase in-store traffic, coordinated affiliate and influencer campaigns to drive online sales, and managed website updates for a complex Shopify storefront.
Using tools like Asana to streamline communication and project flow, my work spanned content creation, photography (check out the above photo from Frescas Farm!), blog writing, to paid social campaigns on Meta and Nextdoor, as well as email marketing through Klaviyo—all guided by thoughtful storytelling and a consistent brand voice. I utilized Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and other tools to design signage and create engaging content for the local garden nursery.
For social media management I created a detailed content calendar on Google sheets, and also created tracking documents for analyzing metrics over time.
This role required a multidisciplinary approach to a wide range of tasks. From supporting teams with seasonal promotions to nurturing meaningful affiliate relationships, I brought a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative mindset to building connection and driving results.

As marketing coordinator I executed a targeted social media strategy to increase Grow Organics' follower count by 8% over six months and boost engagement by 5% across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. We also increased Peaceful Valley’s audience by 40%, and Annie’s Annuals by 4%. Key initiatives included:
Creating a strategic content calendar with high-performing topics & photos
Increasing short-form video content and interactive posts
Partnering with influencers and brands for cross-promotion
Running engagement-driven campaigns like giveaways.
This resulted in a measurable increase in followers, higher engagement rates, and a stronger online community presence.

As marketing coordinator I managed weekly blog updates for GrowOrganic.com, maintaining and organizing content on a complex Shopify platform. In addition to writing and formatting posts, I created and uploaded custom graphics to enhance the website’s visual appeal and user experience.
I also designed and implemented seasonal pop-ups, homepage banners, and promotional graphics to highlight timely products and campaigns, ensuring the site remained fresh, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s seasonal rhythm.
